Front Track Bar Crossover Bar Kit for Jeep XJ (1984–2001)
Reinforce your front end and eliminate track bar flex with a bolt-on, beefed-up solution.
This crossover track bar kit was designed to eliminate the weak points in your Jeep XJ’s front suspension. It includes a frame-reinforcing crossover bar that ties both sides of the unibody together and braces the track bar mount — so you’re not relying on thin factory metal to hold your steering together. The system uses three mounting points and works with or without frame stiffeners to keep your geometry solid on and off the trail.
The track bar and crossover bar are both built from heavy-duty DOM tubing — 1.25" x .120" wall and 1.5" x .25" wall — while the brackets are laser-cut from 3/16" steel for strength and a clean fit. Heims are fully adjustable and replaceable, allowing fine-tuning of axle position for lift heights from 1" to 5". This is a proper upgrade for any XJ running 3" coils or planning long-term trail abuse.

Bolt-on installation for the frame-side components. Welding is required if you choose to use the included replacement axle-side track bar bracket (highly recommended). Some drilling is required to size the factory axle bracket to 1/2" if using the OEM mount. Designed to work with lift heights from 1"–5" and compatible with most 3" coil setups.
