At Yota Nation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid any restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package back to our fulfillment center, making sure to include the RMA form inside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
